The problem it solves
Every client and team call generates a transcript, and almost none of them get used again. The decision someone made, the commitment you gave, the objection a client raised — it's all captured by Krisp and then never looked at, because re-reading transcripts is nobody's job. This template routes each transcript into your brain automatically, so the conversation becomes recall you can search instead of a file you forget.
How to set it up
- 1
Connect Krisp as the trigger
Connect your Krisp account and choose the trigger "Transcript Created," which fires whenever Krisp finishes a new meeting transcript.
- 2
Send the transcript text to Brain Graph
Add the Brain Graph action "Send Text Content" and map the transcript text into the content field. Add the meeting title and date if Krisp provides them, so the document is well-labelled in your brain. Brain Graph runs entity extraction on the text — people, decisions, topics, and how they connect.
- 3
Test and turn it on
Test with a recent transcript to confirm it appears in your brain, then enable the Zap. Every future Krisp meeting is captured automatically.
Zapier integrations are available on BrainGraph's paid plans — see plans. You'll also need a BrainGraph API key — create a free account and mint one from the API Keys page in your settings.
